Burak Partal was born in Izmir in 1981. He graduated from Izmir Hayrettin Duran High School. Then he completed his undergraduate study in Turkish Near East University Faculty of Law in 2006. Since 2008, he has been working as an attorney as a member of Izmir Bar Association.

From the beginning of his profession of attorneyship, he has provided consultancy and case service to companies in different sectors of Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law.

Burak Partal specialized in Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law and Administrative Law and he still continues to work in these fields.
